As Yagi Speech, Inc. / ShisaCare began recruiting fellow professionals in Okinawa, we noticed difficulties in childcare provision for clinicians with young families. For this reason, we recruited its own daycare providers, and provides space and funding so that our clinicians can be at ease regarding their childrens' care while providing their services that contribute so much to the community.
